Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring that our products reach you with the approved specifications and quality, and that you enjoy a reliable and exceptional shopping experience. Accordingly, return and exchange requests are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

First: Exchange

The customer may request an exchange within a maximum of two business days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect or the product differs from the specifications approved in the order.

Second: Returns

Products may only be returned in the following cases: a proven manufacturing defect in the product, or receiving a product that does not conform to the specifications or details provided in the order.

The customer must submit the return request within two business days from the date of receiving the shipment.

Third: Returning a Defective or Incorrect Product

Upon approval of a return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to the customer via email or WhatsApp. The customer must print the label and return the product to the designated shipping company.

The product must be returned with all its components, accessories, and packaging, in the same condition as received, to allow inspection and verification.

After inspection and confirmation of the defect or specification discrepancy, the customer will receive the approved refund according to this policy.

Fourth: Refund Timeframe and Process

Approved refunds are processed according to the payment method used. Credit card refunds typically take between three to fourteen business days.

A 5% bank and transaction processing fee may be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or discrepancy in specifications.

The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or card issuer.

Fifth: Exceptions to Exchange and Return

Exchange or return requests are not accepted if the request is submitted after two business days, if the customer fails to collect the shipment for more than five business days, if the product has been used or altered, if any components are missing, or if damage occurs due to misuse, improper storage, customs procedures, or shipping issues not caused by the store’s packaging.

Custom-made or modified products, including custom turning work, are final and non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

Sixth: Nature of Handmade Products

The customer acknowledges that handmade products, especially prayer beads and turned items, may include slight natural variations in size, shape, inscriptions, engravings, or finishing details.

Natural materials may include inherent characteristics such as inclusions or natural cracks. These are not considered manufacturing defects when resulting from the nature of the material or production method.

Seventh: Colors, Weights, and Dimensions

We take great care in photographing products and displaying specifications accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of raw materials or handmade production. Such slight variation is not considered a material difference in specifications.

Eighth: International Shipping and Customs Duties

For international shipping outside Kuwait, the customer is responsible for understanding the customs and tax regulations of the receiving country.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, additional charges, delays, restrictions, or confiscation resulting from local regulations or customs procedures.

Ninth: Raw Material Names and Country of Origin

Raw material names, sources, and countries of origin are stated based on available information and established trade practices.

This information is used for product description and identification only and does not constitute conclusive proof unless supported by an official certificate.

Tenth: Customer Acknowledgment

Completing the purchase confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including terms related to natural and handmade products, bank fees, international shipping, and customs procedures.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نلتزم بضمان وصول منتجاتنا إليكم بالمواصفات والجودة المعتمدة، ونسعى لتوفير تجربة تسوق موثوقة ومميزة. وعليه، تخضع جميع طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع للشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه.

أولاً: الاستبدال

يحق للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج خلال مدة أقصاها يومان عمل من تاريخ استلامه، وذلك بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، ولم يتم استخدامه أو تعديله أو إتلافه بأي شكل من الأشكال.

يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن المتعلقة بعملية الاستبدال، ما لم يكن سبب الاستبدال وجود عيب مصنعي أو اختلاف المنتج عن المواصفات المعتمدة في الطلب.

ثانياً: الاسترجاع

يقتصر استرجاع المنتجات على الحالات التالية:

  • وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت في المنتج.
  • استلام منتج غير مطابق للمواصفات أو التفاصيل الواردة في الطلب.

ويجب على العميل تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال يومي عمل من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.

ثالثاً: إعادة المنتج المعيب أو غير المطابق

عند الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم إرسال ملصق شحن مدفوع مسبقًا إلى العميل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيق واتساب. ويتعين على العميل طباعة الملصق وإعادة المنتج من خلال شركة الشحن المحددة.

يجب إعادة المنتج بجميع مكوناته وملحقاته وتغليفه الأصلي، وبالحالة نفسها التي تم استلامه بها، وذلك لتمكيننا من فحصه والتحقق من حالته.

وبعد الانتهاء من الفحص والتأكد من وجود العيب أو عدم مطابقة المواصفات، سيتم رد المبلغ المستحق للعميل وفقًا لأحكام هذه السياسة.

رابعاً: مدة وآلية استرداد المبلغ

يتم تنفيذ عمليات استرداد المبالغ المعتمدة وفقًا لوسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء. وعادةً ما تستغرق عمليات استرداد المبالغ إلى البطاقات البنكية من ثلاثة إلى أربعة عشر يوم عمل.

قد يتم خصم رسوم بنكية ورسوم معالجة للمدفوعات بنسبة 5٪، ما لم يكن سبب الاسترجاع عيبًا مصنعيًا أو اختلافًا في المواصفات.

وقد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ المسترد في حساب العميل بحسب البنك أو الجهة المصدرة للبطاقة.

خامساً: الحالات المستثناة من الاستبدال والاسترجاع

لا تُقبل طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

  • إذا تم تقديم الطلب بعد انقضاء يومي عمل من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • إذا لم يقم العميل باستلام الشحنة خلال أكثر من خمسة أيام عمل.
  • إذا تم استخدام المنتج أو تعديله بأي شكل.
  • إذا كانت أي من مكونات المنتج أو ملحقاته مفقودة.
  • إذا تعرض المنتج للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو سوء التخزين أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو مشكلات الشحن التي لا تكون ناتجة عن التغليف الخاص بالمتجر.

كما أن المنتجات المصنوعة أو المعدلة حسب الطلب، بما في ذلك أعمال الخراطة المخصصة، تُعد نهائية ولا تقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

سادساً: طبيعة المنتجات اليدوية

يقر العميل بأن المنتجات اليدوية، وبالأخص السبح والمنتجات المخروطة، قد تتضمن اختلافات طبيعية طفيفة في الحجم أو الشكل أو النقوش أو الحفر أو تفاصيل التشطيب.

كما قد تحتوي المواد الطبيعية على خصائص متأصلة، مثل الشوائب الطبيعية أو التشققات الطبيعية، ولا تُعد هذه الأمور عيوبًا مصنعية متى كانت ناتجة عن طبيعة المادة الخام أو أسلوب التصنيع.

سابعاً: الألوان والأوزان والأبعاد

نحرص على تصوير المنتجات وعرض مواصفاتها بأعلى درجات الدقة، إلا أن الألوان قد تختلف بشكل طفيف نتيجة الإضاءة أو إعدادات شاشات العرض.

كما أن الأوزان والأبعاد تعتبر تقريبية، وقد تختلف اختلافًا بسيطًا بسبب طبيعة المواد الخام أو أساليب التصنيع اليدوي، ولا يُعد هذا الاختلاف البسيط اختلافًا جوهريًا في المواصفات.

ثامناً: الشحن الدولي والرسوم الجمركية

بالنسبة للشحن الدولي خارج دولة الكويت، يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الاطلاع على الأنظمة الجمركية والضريبية المعمول بها في دولة الاستلام.

كما يتحمل العميل جميع الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب والرسوم الإضافية، وأي تأخير أو قيود أو مصادرة قد تنتج عن الأنظمة المحلية أو الإجراءات الجمركية في بلد الوجهة.

تاسعاً: أسماء المواد الخام وبلد المنشأ

يتم ذكر أسماء المواد الخام ومصادرها وبلدان منشئها استنادًا إلى المعلومات المتاحة والممارسات التجارية المتعارف عليها.

ويُستخدم هذا البيان لأغراض الوصف والتعريف بالمنتج فقط، ولا يُعد إثباتًا قاطعًا إلا إذا كان مدعومًا بشهادة رسمية.

عاشراً: إقرار العميل

يُعد إتمام عملية الشراء إقرارًا من العميل بأنه قد قرأ هذه السياسة وفهمها ووافق عليها، بما في ذلك الأحكام المتعلقة بطبيعة المنتجات الطبيعية واليدوية، والرسوم البنكية، والشحن الدولي، والإجراءات الجمركية.
